Our committee recently gathered in Batam for an offsite meeting — six of us, one purpose: to brainstorm and map out Xlitude Group’s vision and goals for 2026.

Away from the usual workspace, the serene environment gave us the focus and creativity to think bigger and plan better. Over discussions, strategy sessions, and collaborative brainstorming, we aligned on priorities, initiatives, and the roadmap that will drive our team forward.
